In order to carry out all the projects that Kiwanis is involved with throughout the year, each member is asked to join one or more committees.

Community Leaders Event Planning Committee
Charest, Debbie
Plans and hosts annual community recognition event. Meets on selected Mondays at 6pm at the Elliot Health Center behind Taco Bell/KFC in Hooksett. In 2016, the event will be held at the Dining Center at Southern NH University on April 13 starting at 6:00 p.m.
Finance and Fundraising

Monitors fund raising for sponsored events for the pending year, sends out solicitation letters, follow up with potential sponsors, develops fund raising brochure and follows up as needed.
Food pantry

Operates Community Food Pantry at Hooksett Town Offices
Gaming

Works with outside vendor to sponsor gaming events.
Hooksett Kiwanis Kids Kloset
McDonald, Joan
Hooksett Kiwanis Kids Closet is a program to provide children with donated gently worn clothing. Open House, where families may select clothing, is held on the first Monday of each month from 5:30PM - 7:00PM at the Hooksett Town Offices.
Hooksett Open Golf Tournament
Dion, Ronald
Hosts a golf tournament at Canterbury Woods Country Club in July of each year. This is a well-attended tournament with many prizes and trophies. The 2016 event will be held on July 15.
HYAA Soccer Tournament
Rainier, Todd
Staffs concession stand at annual HYAA Fall Soccer Tournament at Donati Field. This enables families to watch their children participate in the tournament.
Interclub Plans periodic visits by Hooksett Kiwanis to other Kiwanis clubs.
